<p>Dugo, dugo vremena nisam imao vremena, motivacije niti inspiracije za napisati novi Älanak, ali kad vam se neÅ¡to &#8220;muva&#8221; po glavi dulje vrijeme, a u jednom danu vas na to podsjete 2,3 nepovezane stvari, onda je stvarno vrijeme za &#8220;pustiti se sa lanca&#8221;.</p>
<p>Ovaj blog nije news site, i vi ste vjerojatno veÄ‡ naletili na vijest da je u <a href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1394558/French-ban-words-Twitter-Facebook-used-TV-radio.html" target="_blank">Francuskoj zabranjeno koriÅ¡tenje rijeÄi Facebook i Twitter</a> u informativnima programima TV i radio postaja. ÄŒak i da niste, sigurno ste ovih dana Äitali o <a href="http://www.jutarnji.hr/seks-skandal--maja-morales-i-simona-gotovac-bile-su--maserke-/960198/" target="_blank">razbijenom lancu prostitucije u Hrvatskoj</a>? Ako ni to niste, vjerojatno leÅ¾ite na nekoj od predivnih hrvatskih plaÅ¾a ili cugate s Bajsom na ZrÄu i baÅ¡ vas briga za svijet marketinga.</p>
<p>Te dvije &#8220;novosti&#8221; su bile trigger ovog Älanka, iako me je zapravo Maja Å uput i auto industrija, te silne emisije o autima na TV-u, potakla na ovo promiÅ¡ljanje.</p>
<p>O Äemu se radi? Krenimo redom.</p>
<p>Prije nekog vremena sam na nekoj od druÅ¡tveno neprihvaÄ‡enih emisija, mada sa licemjernom gledanoÅ¡Ä‡u, vidio ekskluzivnu premijeru novog spota Maje Å uput za pjesmu &#8220;Svatovska&#8221;. Proguglajte malo video, ako baÅ¡ morate, ja ga sigurno neÄ‡u stavljati ovdje.. Kao i svaka prava Hrvatska pjesma (veliko H je iz poÅ¡tovanja prema tipu pjesama), koja ujedno pretendira za Doru, i ova traje negdje oko 3 min. Dakle spot Maje Å uput se vrtio cca 3 min u udarnom terminu na TV-u. Dublji problem je taj Å¡to se direktno promovira novi CD od Maje Å uput (valjda i to netko kupuje), dok drugi poÅ¡teni oglaÅ¡ivaÄi plaÄ‡aju svu minutaÅ¾u. No puno, naizgled, banalniji problem je taj Å¡to je Maji Å uput to zapravo direktna promocija njenog core businessa &#8211; pjevanja na svadbi. </p>

	<p class="wp-caption-text">Zbog prikrivenog oglaÅ¡avanja i favoriziranja Facebooka i Twittera nauÅ¡trb ostalih druÅ¡tvenih mreÅ¾a viÅ¡e se ne smiju spominjati te rijeÄi u informativnim emisijama TV i radio postaja u Francuskoj</p>

<p>SliÄnu poveznicu moÅ¾emo povuÄ‡i sa Majom Morales, Simonom Å ajn (Gotovac) i Isabellom Kim PopoviÄ‡, koje se spominju u whocares? aferi, a koje su redom redovite goÅ¡Ä‡e istogoreneimenovane vrlo gledano TV emisije. Promocija njihovih &#8220;pjesama&#8221;, poezije, suza, pletenica ili Äega veÄ‡, je vrlo vjerojatno promocija njihovog core businessa, Å¡to god on bio.</p>
<p>Ostali mi na banalnoj problematici prikrivenog neplaÄ‡enog oglaÅ¡avanja ili dubljoj problematici prikrivenog oglaÅ¡avanja koje ne tretira sve jednako, problem dolazi uglavnom od strane medija, koji to dopuÅ¡taju, a Äesto i potiÄu. Kreativnost nije rezervirana za kreativce. Na Balkanu kreativaca ima na svakom koraku. Ja osobno skidam kapu dole svakome tko uspije prodati jaja pod bubrege, ali bih svejedno volio barem jednom Äuti nekoga, politiÄara ili marketingaÅ¡a, da se usmjeri i okomi na uzrok, a ne na simptome (Å¡to ja upravo i radim ovdje).</p>
<p>JoÅ¡ jedan primjer ove dublje problematike prikrivenog oglaÅ¡avanja je i rastuÄ‡i broj emisija o autima na TV-u, pa i rastuÄ‡i broj magazina, web stranica, blogova&#8230; te tematike. Zar zaista ne postoji nikakvo pravno razmiÅ¡ljanje politiÄara ili marketingaÅ¡a o preferiranju jedne industrije od strane medija? Test jednog auta u trajanju od 5 minuta nije neka vrsta oglasa? Zamislite da Dijana ÄŒuljak Å elebaj usred Otvorenog ili Dnevnika izvadi iz torbice Niveu i <a href="http://www.facebook.com/apibalm" target="_blank">ApiBalm</a> i krene ih usporeÄ‘ivati? To ne bi bio oglas? </p>

<p>Vjerojatno i ne bi, barem ne do ulaska u EU, jer se tamo prema prikrivenom oglaÅ¡avanju ne gleda baÅ¡ blagonaklono. Tamo se Äak deÅ¡ava i to da se zakoni prilagoÄ‘avaju novom vremenu, pa su u Francuskoj shvatili da spominjanje Facebooka i Twittera Å¡teti drugim druÅ¡tvenim mreÅ¾ama (sve mi viÅ¡e ovo smrdi na lobi Google-a, ali ok..). Google je pak na identiÄan naÄin izgradio cijeli svoj image. Pa sjetite se samo koliko ste puta vidjeli na TV-u da netko googla? Naravno u zadnje vrijeme Google nije &#8220;in&#8221; pa se viÅ¡e ne googla, ali Å¡to nam to govori? Dok god je neÅ¡to trend to prestaje biti oglas? </p>
<p>To ne bi smio biti sluÄaj. Kako to sprijeÄiti? Nemam blage veze. I dok mene netko ne pokuÅ¡a sprijeÄiti vrlo je vjerojatno da Ä‡u i ja to pokuÅ¡ati iskoristiti.</p>
<p>BaÅ¡ kao Å¡to i u ovom Älanku ovako besramno i nimalo prikriveno promoviram novu hit <a href="http://www.facebook.com/apibalm" target="_blank">kremu za koÅ¾u</a> na bazi propolisa, ulja od lavande i ljekovitog bilja ApiBalm.</p>

<p>Divno jeâ€¦ kad moÅ¾eÅ¡ reÄ‡i da si sudjelovao u stvaranju neÄega. OsjeÄ‡aj zadovoljstva koji se javlja u tebi u trenutku spoznaje uspjeha, pogotovo nakon duge, duge patnje, potroÅ¡enih Å¾ivaca i napornog rada, je osjeÄ‡aj kojeg sam rijetko prije, barem u toj mjeri, doÅ¾ivioâ€¦ Nadam se da znate o Äemu priÄam i da ste barem jednom doÅ¾ivjeli sliÄan osjeÄ‡aj. Ja sam ga doÅ¾ivio kada sam diplomirao, kada me direktor ShoeBeDo-a nazvao (nakon Å¡to sam veÄ‡ otiÅ¡ao iz firme) da mi se zahvali na sudjelovanju u projektu <a href="http://www.shoebedo.hr">ShoeBeDo</a> webshopa, jer se taman vraÄ‡ao sa VIDI dodjele nagrada, gdje je stranica nagraÄ‘ena nekom od nagrada, kada smo lansirali igricu â€œKatapultirajte GotovÄeveâ€, koja je postala mega hit, a moÅ¾da i joÅ¡ koji put, ali se trenutno ne mogu sjetitiâ€¦.i konaÄno u proljeÄ‡e ove godine, kada sam shvatio da je AdNet konaÄno prerastao iz projekta u profitabilnu firmu.</p>
<blockquote><p>Problem kod ostvarivanja velikih ciljeva, je to Å¡to doÅ¾ivite zasiÄ‡enje nakon Å¡to ih ispunite i potrebno ih je vrlo brzo zamijeniti za neke nove inaÄe Ä‡ete se osjeÄ‡ati prazno.</p></blockquote>
<p>U AdNet sam zapravo doÅ¡ao na nagovor <a href="http://www.jilek-on.com">Jana Jileka</a>. Cijela priÄa je izgledala obeÄ‡avajuÄ‡e, imali smo na raspolaganju poÄetni kapital, postali smo ekskluzivni partner za MySpace za Hrvatsku i Sloveniju, a veÄ‡ smo na samom poÄetku imali dogovorenih 10ak medija za mreÅ¾u. IspoÄetka smo odredili strategiju i ciljeve. Strategija pozicioniranja iskljuÄivo kao mreÅ¾e, za razliku od svih drugih â€žmreÅ¾aâ€œ u Hrvatskoj i regiji, se danas pokazala genijalnim potezom. Zasluge tako krutom, hrabrom, a ujedno i genijalnom potezu najviÅ¡e idu Janu&#8230; Ipak, sve Å¡to je izgledalo obeÄ‡avajuÄ‡e u poÄetku je vrlo brzo bilo zamagljeno krizom u koju je uletila cijela zemlja, a Å¡to je zapravo bilo pogubno za jedan takav startup projekt. DoÅ¡lo je vrijeme za rezanje svih troÅ¡kova, otkaze (sorry Bojan <img src='http://www.webaltazar.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> )&#8230; Situacija viÅ¡e nije izgledala tako obeÄ‡avajuÄ‡a, sve do FuturAd-a ove godine, a kako je AdNet preÅ¾ivio to razdoblje od ljeta 2009te do proljeÄ‡a 2010 Ä‡e ostati cenzurirano, isto kao Å¡to ni o Isusu ne znamo niÅ¡ta o njegovim tinejdÅ¾erskim danima <img src='http://www.webaltazar.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' />  Jedino vam mogu reÄ‡i da je to bilo vrlo teÅ¡ko razdbolje kako za firmu tako i za sve zaposlenike, pa i mene kao njenog i njihovog direktora. MoÅ¾da je i moj najveÄ‡i uspjeh to Å¡to je firma ipak preÅ¾ivjela&#8230;</p>
<p>MeÄ‘utim Darwin nikad nije imao na umu puko preÅ¾ivljavanje, tako da je veÄ‡i uspjeh ipak trebalo malo viÅ¡e i jaÄe â€žpotegnutiâ€œ. Iz te perspektive mogu slobodno reÄ‡i da najviÅ¡e zasluga za uspjeh Ad-Neta, ne ide niti meni niti Janu, nego dvjema osobama, koje su operativno odradile 99% stvari i koje su bile spremne doÄ‡i i ostati u AdNet u trenucima kada nije bilo novaca i kada nismo znali iz mjeseca u mjesec hoÄ‡emo li imati dovoljno novaca za plaÄ‡e. Kada ste u poziciji direktora ili voÄ‘e onda je vaÅ¡ posao usmjeravanja ljudi u pravom smjeru, edukacije, motiviranja, stvaranja tima, itd&#8230;. i to je iznimno kompleksan proces, koji uvijek moÅ¾e poÄ‡i po krivu i zato i ovim putem Å¾elim zahvaliti Igori i Ivanu Å¡to su mi to u potpunosti olakÅ¡ali&#8230; Nadam se da su oni svjesni toga koliko su doprinijeli&#8230; Isto se tako nadam da neÄ‡e ostati samo na tome, te da Ä‡e se nastaviti razvijati kao Å¡to su i do sada&#8230; Dobro&#8230; osim matematike, to sam siguran da nikad neÄ‡e savladati <img src='http://www.webaltazar.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<blockquote><p>Gibonni je na svom koncertu puno priÄao izmeÄ‘u pjesama, pa je tako ispriÄao svoju priÄu kako je poÄinjao kao autor pjesama da bi sljedeÄ‡i svoje srce postao ono Å¡to danas jest. Kako bi reklo moje â€œkumÄeâ€â€¦Å¾ivi svoj sanâ€¦</p></blockquote>
<p>I to je to&#8230;show must go on, Jan postaje novi direktor Ad-Neta i vjerujem da Ä‡e napraviti odliÄan posao i da Ä‡e se <a href="http://www.ad-net.hr">Ad-Net</a> nastaviti razvijati. Nakon rada kod oglaÅ¡ivaÄa i viÅ¡egodiÅ¡njeg rada u medijima ja konaÄno idem raditi u agenciju &#8230;.McCann Digipark. To je agencija, koja se do sada iz mog iskustva pokazala kao najbolja u Hrvatskoj Å¡to se tiÄe domene digitalne komunikacije, pa je i logiÄno da idem upravo tamo&#8230;</p>
<p>Vuk Ä†osiÄ‡ je jednom rekao Janu i meni da je naÅ¡ izbor to Å¡to radimo u medijima i nemamo utjecaja na kampanje i klijente&#8230; i Å¡to ne moÅ¾emo napraviti neÅ¡to viÅ¡e. </p>

<p>Motocikl je prijevozno sredstvo na 2 kotaÄa, koji vas moÅ¾e odvesti od toÄke A do toÄke B za puno manje vremena u odnosu na auto (guÅ¾ve!) i za puno manje novaca od auta (guÅ¾ve, potroÅ¡njaâ€¦). KoÅ¡ta manje, a odrÅ¾avanje i osiguranje su jeftiniji.  Sa dodatnom opremom tipa kiÅ¡ni kombinezon se neÄ‡emo smoÄiti ukoliko pada kiÅ¡a, a sa koferima moÅ¾emo ponijeti dovoljno stvari sa sobom za tjedni odmor ili izlet. ZaÅ¡to onda svi ne voze motocikle?</p>
<p>KuÄ‡a je mjesto Å¾ivljenja. ObiÄno ima okuÄ‡nicu. Za cijenu stana od 50 kvadrata u centru Zagreba moÅ¾emo Å¾ivjeti na periferiji u dvostruko veÄ‡oj kuÄ‡i, sa okuÄ‡nicom, bijelom ogradom i psomâ€¦ njemaÄkim ovÄarom, zvanim Rex. OdrÅ¾avanje kuÄ‡e meÄ‘utim koÅ¡ta znatno viÅ¡e, osiguranje je skuplje, ali sve u svemu ima puno viÅ¡e prednosti nego nedostataka. MoÅ¾ete li zamisliti koliko bi se vaÅ¡ih Å¾ivaca oÄuvalo kada bi se vaÅ¡e dijete igralo u vrtu, a ne na ulici?</p>
<p>KuÄ‡u planiram veÄ‡ dulje vrijeme izgraditi i da nije krize veÄ‡ bi neko vrijeme Å¾ivio u njoj. Motor takoÄ‘er planiram kupiti, ali sve ima svoje prioritete, a motor mi je tek treÄ‡i ili Äetvrti na toj ljestvici.</p>
<p>No, to vam ionako govorim samo da poveÅ¾em te dvije stvari sa poantom ovog postaâ€¦</p>
<p>Ali kakve to veze ima sa internet oglaÅ¡avanjem?</p>
<p>MoÅ¾ete li zamisliti recimo da Å¾elite kupiti neko prijevozno sredstvo i da vam prodavaÄ â€œtupiâ€ kako je motor idealno prijevozno sredstvo i zapravo da je #epicfail ako kupiti auto? Nije Äak ni bitno ako mu vi kaÅ¾ete da Å¾elite krov ili da se ne osjeÄ‡ate dovoljno sigurni na motoru, ili da Äak ne znate ni voziti motore. On Ä‡e vam znati odgovoriti na sva pitanja i pritom â€œpopljuvatiâ€ ostale vozaÄe automobila kao idiote.</p>
<p>Ili recimo da doÄ‘ete agentu nekretnina koji vam Å¾eli â€œuvalitiâ€ kuÄ‡u u Svetoj JaÄkovini, koja je 10 minuta od Zagreba, ako se vozite Kawasaki Ninjom npr., jer su cijene kuÄ‡a joÅ¡ uvijek netaknute, pa je samim time i provizija veÄ‡aâ€¦ Vi Å¾elite kupiti stan na Rokovom Perivoju, jer vam klinac Å¾eli u Å¡kolu u VarÅ¡avsku, gdje je iÅ¡ao i njegov tataâ€¦ ali agent ni mrdac od svog nauma. ÄŒak vam kaÅ¾e da morate biti glupi da kupite stanâ€¦</p>
<p>Na trÅ¾iÅ¡tu internet oglaÅ¡avanja postoje mediji, postoje agencije, postoje internet mreÅ¾e, postoje Äak i social media manageri, SEM struÄnjaci, SEO struÄnjaci, viralni struÄnjaci, ali i razno razni programeri, dizajneri, copyright-eri, novinari, guru-i, itd, itdâ€¦ Svi misle kako znaju puno i da je baÅ¡ ta usluga, koju oni nude najbolja koja postoji na trÅ¾iÅ¡tu, te da su svi ostali budale, jer to joÅ¡ nisu shvatili. Istovremeno se nitko ne Å¾eli potruditi nauÄiti viÅ¡e o svojim klijentima, njihovim potrebama i ciljevima, ali i o konkurenciji te njihovih uslugama. </p>
<p>MoÅ¾da su banneri za nekoga promaÅ¡eno oglaÅ¡avanje i baÄen novac. MoÅ¾da netko tako gleda prema Twitteru, jer je tviteraÅ¡a u RH joÅ¡ uvijek jako malo. MoÅ¾da se nekome ne sviÄ‘a fama oko Facebooka i prodavanje (laÅ¾nih) fanova? MoÅ¾da klik nije sve? MoÅ¾da postoji i drugi ciljevi kod oglaÅ¡ivaÄa?</p>
<p>Kako god bilo ja Ä‡u sebi sagraditi kuÄ‡u i kupit Ä‡u si motor. I dalje Ä‡u se baviti internet oglaÅ¡avanjem, jer sam dobar u tome i jer se trudim sagledati â€œbig pictureâ€ i neÄ‡u â€œblatitiâ€ ostale, a sigurno si neÄ‡u pjevuÅ¡iti Urbanovu â€œIma li tu mjesta za meneâ€¦â€, nego Ä‡u raditi na tome da se trÅ¾iÅ¡te poveÄ‡a i da bude mjesta za sveâ€¦</p>

<p>Å½ivim sa curom u dvosobnom stanu, koji ima oko 50 kvadrata, na zagrebaÄkom Jarunuâ€¦u najmu. Stan plaÄ‡amo 300â‚¬ mjeseÄno. Kada bi kupili sliÄan stan, ratu kredita na 30 godina bismo plaÄ‡ali oko 600â‚¬ i vjerojatno bi strepili od bankrota drÅ¾ave, deprecijacije kune i porasta kamatnih stopa uzrokovanih poveÄ‡anim rizikom banakaâ€¦ Puno sam razmiÅ¡ljao o tome zaÅ¡to Hrvati, pa i ja, imaju takav mentalitet koji zahtijeva vlasniÅ¡tvo nad neÄime, iako isto nije ekonomski opravdano. Stan, apartman na moru, jahte, gumenjaci i sl. â€œluksuzna dobraâ€ nemaju nikakvu ekonomsku opravdanostâ€¦ ZaÅ¡to onda baÅ¡ moramo imati neÅ¡to?</p>
<p>Neki sam dan pak traÅ¾io apartman za ljetovanje i sluÄajno sam naiÅ¡ao na jedan apartman za dvije osobe na Murteru za samo 18â‚¬ po danu. Naravno radi se o predsezoniâ€¦  Malo me ta Äinjenica potaknula na razmiÅ¡ljanje. Ukoliko je predsezona jeftinija 2 ili 3 puta od sezone, zaÅ¡to i dalje svi Å¾elimo na more u periodu od 15.7. do 15.8.? MoÅ¾e li se moÅ¾da sezona produÅ¾iti sa Hrvatima i ako da kako?</p>
<p>Zamislite da se apartman na more u svibnju, lipnju, rujnu  i listopadu moÅ¾e iznajmiti za ispod 10â‚¬ po osobi! Isto tako zamislite da je recimo cestarina za autocestu A1, pa Äak moÅ¾da i trajekti, u tih nekoliko mjeseci 50% jeftinija! Kad smo veÄ‡ doÅ¡li toliko daleko u maÅ¡tanjima onda moÅ¾da, samo moÅ¾da moÅ¾emo zamisliti i kako dalmatinske â€œkumiceâ€ prodaju voÄ‡e i povrÄ‡e sa marÅ¾om ispod 100%! Itdâ€¦.maÅ¡ti nema kraja!</p>
<p>To bi naravno trebala biti usklaÄ‘ena akcija sa Hrvatskom turistiÄkom zajednicom, Vladom RH, Hrvatskim autocestama, Jadrolinijomâ€¦ ali Å¡to bi sve dobili sa time? Osim Å¡to bi malo pomogli sami sebi i olakÅ¡ali si budÅ¾ete, toliko potrebne za svakodnevni Å¾ivot, vjerojatno bi pomogli i hrvatskom gospodarstvu, koji toliko pati od neefikasnosti tijekom ljeta, jer nikoga nema kako bi se nesmetano provodili svi projektiâ€¦ pa je uvijek lakÅ¡e priÄekat koji mjesec.</p>
<p>Koja je tu uloga marketinga?</p>
<p>To bi moÅ¾da bio i najveÄ‡i izazov hrvatskih marketingaÅ¡a ikad, jer Äak i da se sto i jedan politiÄar sjednu skupa i dogovore oko ovoga, i da se nakon godinu dana napornih priprema odluÄi pokrenuti nacionalna kampanja, bilo bi ju stvarno zanimljivo vidjeti na djelu. Tko zna, moÅ¾da bi taj jedan korak promijenio sve?</p>
<p>Iskreno sumnjamâ€¦ ja ionako ovo piÅ¡em kako bi uvjerio sebe i moÅ¾da se promijenio! Ali ne prije sljedeÄ‡eg ljetaâ€¦</p>

<p><strong>PriÄa prva</strong><br />
Konoba u MoÅ¡Ä‡eniÄkoj dragi, igra NjemaÄka protiv Engleske. Svi piju nitko ne jede. Vlasnik mi priÄa kako je kupio pola tone (!!) jadranskih lignji i pokuÅ¡ao zamijeniti patagonijske koje inaÄe nudi u standardnoj ponudi za 45kn po porciji. Iako porcija jadranskih lignji nije bila preskupa (85kn), nitko nije kupovao, jer, kako kaÅ¾e, susjedna konoba i dalje prodaje po 45kn.</p>
<p>Lekcija 1 &#8211; Iako imaÅ¡ bolji proizvod treba educirati trÅ¾iÅ¡te!</p>
<p>Istovremeno je isti vlasnik uveo jadranske lignje u ponudu svog drugog restorana koji se nalazi u sklopu tvornice Vatropack u Humu na Sutli, te je tamo cijena porcije Äak 200kn. Naravno prodaje se kao ludo.</p>
<p>Lekcija 2 &#8211; Cijena nije bitna!</p>
<p><strong>PriÄa druga</strong><br />
Otok Murter, grad Murter, prijatelj slavi svoje posljednje â€œmomaÄkeâ€ dane. Prvi dan je kontinentalni roÅ¡tilj. Mesnica (valjda jedina) Pivac nas opskrbljuje sa Ä‡evapima veliÄine policijskog pendreka, bijele boje i okusa tofua mijeÅ¡anog sa raÅ¾enim kruhom.</p>
<p>Lekcija 3 &#8211; Nemoj biti rob navikama!</p>
<p>Ista lokacija, samo dan poslije, nakon par sati sna te popijene kave, u 7h ujutro prijatelj i ja kupujemo preostale orade i brancine od 700 grama u lokalnoj â€œpeÅ¡karijiâ€. Kada Äujete komentar da se netko najeo ribe, tko inaÄe pojede pola kile mesa, onda vam je jasno da su porcije bile dobre, a okus je bio stvarno fenomelanâ€¦ ugoÄ‘aj, pogotovo uz dodatak malvazije,  neprocjenjiv. </p>
<p>Lekcija 4 &#8211; Tko rano rani, dvije sreÄ‡e grabi!</p>
<p><strong>Ako usporedimo hrvatski turizam i industriju internet oglaÅ¡avanja u Hrvatskoj problemi su sliÄni:</strong><br />
1. Needucirano trÅ¾iÅ¡te<br />
2. Nedostatak â€œhrabrostiâ€ u isprobavanju novih stvari od strane korisnika â€“ nedostaje buzz, case studije i slâ€¦ koje Ä‡e ohrabriti nekoga da kupi ribu umjesto Ä‡evapa<br />
3. Fokus na krive stvari â€“ pogreÅ¡no se misli da cijena odreÄ‘uje potraÅ¾nju, dok zapravo treba raditi na poveÄ‡anju potraÅ¾nje kroz druge faktore<br />
4. LoÅ¡a ponuda<br />

<p>Isto kako svi znamo da Hrvatska ima ogroman neiskoriÅ¡teni potencijal, tako se zna da je ogroman potencijal i u internet oglaÅ¡avanju. MeÄ‘utim samo oni koji Ä‡e krenuti odmah, uÄiti iz greÅ¡aka i postajati sve bolji i bolji iz kampanje u kampanju Ä‡e dobiti brancine od 700 grama i najest Ä‡e se. Ostalima preporuÄam Pivac Ä‡evape.</p>

<p>Na stranicama <a href="http://www.hura.hr">Hure</a> moÅ¾ete vidjeti ekskluzivan video &#8220;Å to klijenti Å¾ele?&#8221;, razgovor u 44 Clubu koji se odrÅ¾ao 25. sijeÄnja 2010. Traje sat vremena i donosi nam razmiÅ¡ljanja Alexandre Lloyd Davies, suradnice direktora marketinga u Procteru &#038; Gambleu, Petera Buchanana, zamjenika direktora u COI-u te Iana Armstronga, direktor za komunikacije u Hondi pruÅ¾ajuÄ‡i nam iz njihove vlastite perspektive ono Å¡to je najbolje za njih, prije nego Å¡to su odgovarali na pitanja iz publike. </p>
<p>Video je prije svega namijenjen agencijama, ali moÅ¾e odliÄno posluÅ¾iti i medijima i svim prodavaÄima, jer se moÅ¾e nauÄiti kako pomoÄ‡i agencijama da pomognu klijentima (help me help you).</p>

<p>Mene se osobno najviÅ¡e dojmila gÄ‘ica Lloyd Davies, suradnica direktora marketinga P&#038;G-a. Dala je nekoliko natuknica, koje iz moje perspektive izgledaju ovako:</p>
<p><strong>1.	PokaÅ¾i mi kako Ä‡e mi se poveÄ‡ati biznis!</strong><br />
Banneri Ä‡e pomoÄ‡i oko branding, loyalty-a, kontekstualno oglaÅ¡avanje oko konverzije, PR Älanak oko kreiranja buzz-a moÅ¾daâ€¦ Ovo moÅ¾e biti i jedna reÄenica, kojom Ä‡ete pokazati prednost, ali i konkretni benefit za klijenta. Ovo je ultimativna i preliminarna, sine qua non, izjava.</p>
<p><strong>2.	PokaÅ¾i mi zaÅ¡to je to pametno!</strong></p>
<p>ZaÅ¡to je to Å¡to predlaÅ¾eÅ¡ pametno u odnosu na aktivnosti konkurencije, u odnosu na Å¡to se radilo u proÅ¡losti, u odnosu na cijenuâ€¦ Svi se Å¾ele osjeÄ‡ati pametno, zar ne?</p>
<p><strong>3.	Radi sa mnom kao da sam ti partner, a ne kao sa klijentom!</strong><br />
Firma Å¾eli biti partner sa agencijom. Å½eli se osjeÄ‡ati kao da su zajedno u neÄemu. Mediji i prodavaÄi trebaju to poÅ¡tivati.</p>
<p><strong>4.	Pitaj s kime moÅ¾eÅ¡ priÄati!</strong><br />
Pogotovo u velikim firmama, postoje dedicirane osobe za gotovo svaku aktivnost. Pitaj insidera s kime moÅ¾eÅ¡ priÄati, oko pojedinog zahtjeva i uÅ¡tedjeti Ä‡eÅ¡ vrijeme i sebi i svima u firmi.</p>
<p><strong>5.	Prvo nazovi!</strong><br />
Kada nudiÅ¡ neÅ¡to novo, nazovi onoga kome to nudiÅ¡ tjedan dana ranije i pitaj Å¡ta misli o tome. Nakon tjedan dana moÅ¾eÅ¡ poslati i mail, ta osoba Ä‡e se sjetiti o Äemu se radi. Postotak uspjeÅ¡nosti drastiÄno raste, samo sa jednim pozivom uÄinjenim u pravo vrijeme. Provjereno!</p>
<p><strong>6.	PokaÅ¾i jeli to Å¡to nudiÅ¡ mjerljivo!</strong><br />
I budi iskren ako nije! Ako je mjerljivo, a postoje problem isto tako ukaÅ¾i na njih (skupo mjerenje brandinga online oglaÅ¡avanje npr..)</p>
<p><strong>7.	Kratko je slatko!</strong><br />
Postoji jedna osoba, koja navodno radi 2-satne prezentacije, a ljudi se moraju opskrbiti sa kavama prije sastanka sa tom osobom. Kratka prezentacija, znaÄi da ste savladali ovih 6 toÄaka gore i da moÅ¾ete u 10 reÄenica reÄ‡i, barem okvirno, Å¡to nudite i koji su moguÄ‡i efekti.</p>
<p><strong>8.	Å to Ä‡e korisnik stvarno vidjeti?</strong><br />
Ako neÅ¡to moÅ¾ete pokazati, pokaÅ¾ite! Vizualizacija je iznimno bitna. Ako je preskupo napraviti custom made vizualizaciju, pokaÅ¾ite neÅ¡to sliÄno.</p>
<p><strong>9.	If this was your moneyâ€¦</strong><br />
Da li bi vi uloÅ¾ili svoj novac u to Å¡to predlaÅ¾ete? Ako veÄ‡ jeste, kaÅ¾ite to glasno i jasnoâ€¦</p>
<p><strong>10.	I male stvari su bitneâ€¦</strong><br />
Jer mogu voditi prema veÄ‡ima. Iz pozicije agencija ovo bi znaÄilo da je klijent uvijek spreman Äuti za neÅ¡to novo, svjeÅ¾e, kreativno. Agencija se ne bi trebala libiti ponuditi klijentu (sorryâ€¦partner) moÅ¾da samo neku malu stvar. Ako oduÅ¡evi, to Ä‡e sigurno voditi prema veÄ‡im poslovima. Mi ostali bismo trebali takoÄ‘er biti ti koji se neÄ‡emo bojati stalno neÅ¡to nudity agencijama, jer smo mali ili jer nam se netko nije javio mjesec dana na mail. Ipak moramo biti svjesni da je nas puno viÅ¡e i da ne mogu svi proÄ‡i kroz vrata u isti tren.</p>

<p>Kada ste poduzetnik ljeto prestaje biti ono Å¡to je bilo kada ste bili mlaÄ‘i (spavanje do podne, gledanje telke satima, igranje na kompjuteru, bavljenje sportom, svakodnevni izlasciâ€¦).  </p>
<p>Kada ste poduzetnik koji se bavi internet medijima i oglaÅ¡avanjem ljeto postaje vjeÄni upitnik:<br />
Jeli to pravo vrijeme za pokrenuti novi projekt? Jeli to pravo vrijeme za uÄenje? Jeli to pravo vrijeme za ispraviti neke pogreÅ¡ke? Jeli ima koga na poslu za prodaju? Trebamo li se reorganizirati?</p>

<p>Ili je to vrijeme za odmoriti se i napuniti baterije? Mogu li se uopÄ‡e opustiti dovoljno na moru? MoÅ¾da bi bilo dobro baciti Blackberry u more i zaboraviti na sve brige? A kako Ä‡u onda vidjeti mailove i juÄeraÅ¡nji Analytics? Kako Ä‡u znati ako se netko javi za oglaÅ¡avanje? Kako Ä‡u znati ako mi kolege nalete na neki problem? Nedostupnost, pogotovo u manjim firmama jednostavno nije opcija, barem ne dobra. </p>
<p>TeÅ¡ko je odrÅ¾ati isti ritam napora kroz cijelu godinu. U mojoj firmi je proÅ¡la i ova godina bila stvarno burna. Lani, u kriznoj godini, smo tek krenuli raditi te smo se uspjeÅ¡no pozicionirali kao prva i jedina prava internet oglasna mreÅ¾a u Hrvatskoj. AdNet to stvarno i jest, ali nije bilo lako, pogotovo ne bez veÄ‡eg financijskog zaleÄ‘a, a mi smo to uspjeli. Ova godina je bila presudna â€“ hoÄ‡emo li opstati ili Ä‡emo uzgajati artiÄoke i prodavati hrenovke na kolicima. Daleko je joÅ¡ do kraja godine, ali prva polovica godine je bila iznimno uspjeÅ¡na te konaÄno vidimo svjetlo na kraju ovog dugog tunela.</p>
<p>KonaÄno sam sebi odgovorio na veÄ‡inu ovih pitanja i konaÄno znam da neÄ‡u niÅ¡ta postiÄ‡i preko ljeta, ako nisam niÅ¡ta radio na proljeÄ‡e ili preko zime. Ljeto je dugo, ali godiÅ¡nji nije, tako da Ä‡u stiÄ‡i napraviti sve Å¡to sam si zacrtao, jer bi me u suprotnom sve to doÄekalo najesen.</p>
<p>A Å¡to vi moÅ¾ete raditi preko ljeta? Evo vam par prijedloga:</p>
<p><strong>OglaÅ¡avajte se!</strong>  Iluzija je da preko ljeta nitko ne ide na internet. AdNet nudi posebnu ljetnu akciju oglaÅ¡avanja <a href="http://www.ad-net.hr/akcije.html">AdMassacre</a>,na svim medijima u svojoj mreÅ¾i (30ak medija), sa ukupnim dosegom preko 700.000 razliÄitih korisnika. Putem ove akcije moÅ¾ete zakupiti milijun prikaza veÄ‡ od 1.740 kn. Takva ponuda je zaista jedinstvena u Hrvatskoj, a zadnjih nekoliko AdMassacre akcija je pokazalo odliÄne rezultate â€“ prva akcija je krenula prije samo 3 mjeseca, a otada smo imali preko 20 kampanja. Ovom akcijom svaka firma moÅ¾e osigurati odliÄne prodajne rezultate preko ljeta, ili napraviti odliÄan branding te se pripremiti za jesen.</p>
<p><strong>Educirajte se!</strong> Moj prijatelj i kolega te jedan od pionira internet oglaÅ¡avanja u Hrvatskoj, Jan Jilek radi <a href="http://www.jilek-on.com/ljetna-skola-internet-oglasavanja/">Ljetnu Å¡kolu internet oglaÅ¡avanja</a> gdje Ä‡ete u maloj grupici moÄ‡i nauÄiti viÅ¡e o internet oglaÅ¡avanju. Puno viÅ¡e! Ako je vaÅ¡a firma konaÄno shvatila da se na internetu ipak neÅ¡to deÅ¡ava i da Ä‡e najesen morati neÅ¡to napraviti po tom pitanju, ovo vam je idealna prilika za dobiti bonus na kraju godine.</p>
<p>Da bi ostvario snove, moraÅ¡ se najprije probuditi, a ljeto je idealno doba za to!</p>

<p>OÅ¾ujsko pivo, kao uostalom i veÄ‡ina piva u svijetu, se jako veÅ¾e uz nogomet. Nekako sport i alkohol ne idu skupa, ali navijaÄi koji prate sport i alkohol definitivno idu. Uostalom navijaÄi i bauÅ¡telci su vjerojatno i najveÄ‡i potroÅ¡aÄi pive. </p>
<p>Pravi fanovi nogometa Å¾ive taj lifestyle bez obzira na uspjehe HR repke, Dinama ili Hajduka. Dio tog lifestyle-a su hakl, igranje plejke (FIFA, PES&#8230;), gledanje tekmi, klaÄ‘enje, dresovi, pijenje pive, a najzgriÅ¾eniji fanovi smiÅ¡ljaju sve moguÄ‡e igre vezane uz nogomet, pa otuda i igra nogometa sa Äepovima.</p>

<p>Jednu takvu igru moÅ¾ete igrati na stranicama <a href="http://www.ozujsko.com/cepomet">OÅ¾ujske pive</a>.</p>
<p>Igra je priliÄno jednostavna, barem onome tko se makar jednom igrao sliÄnu igru. Imate tri Äepa i morate zabiti gol tako da lupite sa Äepom u &#8220;glavni&#8221; Äep protivnika, ali na pravilan naÄin &#8211; tako da uvijek jedan vaÅ¡ Äep mora proÄ‡i kroz dva vaÅ¡a Äepa. Postoje 3 razliÄita nivoa, tako da igru svatko moÅ¾e igrati.</p>
<p>Kako sam veÄ‡ pisao o ovakvim igricama, bilo bi puno bolje da je igra seed-ana na stranice sa online igrama. No, oÄito je cilj ovakve stranice bio napraviti community, pa se samim time htjelo i napraviti neÅ¡to da privuÄe i zadrÅ¾i korisnike. Ti korisnici bi dalje trebali komunicirati, druÅ¾iti se, itd&#8230; MeÄ‘utim to nije tako jednostavno napraviti, pogotove ne sa samo jednom igricom nogometne tematike, bez chata itd&#8230; pa je Älanova stranice manje od 2.000, unatoÄ povezanosti stranice sa Facebook connect-om, dok je Älanova na Facebook-u preko 15.000. Zaista je Äudno da se, ako se veÄ‡ odustalo od seeding-a na stranice sa online igrama,  igra ne nalazi barem na Facebooku, kao aplikacija, jer bi uÄinak bio bolji. Mali grafiÄki oglas na njihovom fan page-u sumnjam da je pretjerano primijeÄ‡en.</p>
<p>Bitno je prisustvo na internetu. Gdje god. Na Facebook-u, Twitter-u, ali i na stranicama sa online igrama, na blogovima, na site-ovima sa video sadrÅ¾ajem i ostalim stranicama koje posjeÄ‡uju mladi. Iluzija je da svi posjeÄ‡uju Facebook. ProsjeÄan korisnik mjeseÄno posjeti preko 80 domena, najrazliÄitijeg sadrÅ¾aja i zato treba pomno osmisliti <a href="http://www.webaltazar.com/category/moje-online-branding-iskustvo/">branding iskustvo</a>, a prije svega razumijeti internet korisnike.</p>
<p>Iako je i ovo veliki pomak u Hrvatskoj i zato palac gore za Å½uju&#8230;</p>

<p><strong>IGRICE SU IDEALAN OBLIK DUBLJE KOMUNIKACIJE</strong></p>
<p>VeÄ‡ sam u uvodnom postu o ovoj temi â€œ<a title="Igre oglaÅ¡avanje advergames" href="http://www.webaltazar.com/igre-oglasavanje-advergames/">Igre, oglaÅ¡avanje, advergames</a>â€ napisao kako je DruÅ¡tvo Srbije za odnose sa javnoÅ¡Ä‡u proglasilo igru â€œ<a href="http://www.igre-igrice.rs/igra/kolo-keks-na-keks/319">Keks na keks</a>â€ najinovativnijim PR projektom na srpskom Internetu u 2009. godini. Nagrada u kategoriji â€œInovativna primena novih tehnologijaâ€ (odnosno &#8220;Inovativna primjena novih tehnologija&#8221; J) je dodijeljena upravo tom projektu jer je uvoÄ‘enje novog pakiranja Bambijevog Kolo keksa komunicirano kroz igricu u kojoj je korisnik srpske stranice Igre Igrice (<a href="http://www.igre-igrice.rs/">www.igre-igrice.rs</a>) bio u prilici da upravlja njegovom proizvodnjom i pakiranjem.</p>
<p>Ako slika vrijedi tisuÄ‡u rijeÄi, video tisuÄ‡u slika, onda igra vrijedi joÅ¡ i viÅ¡e. Svi znamo da se kroz igru najbolje uÄi. Ne bih htio glumiti psihologa, ali mindset svakoga od nas u igri i zabavi je znatno prikladniji upijanju novih informacija.</p>
<p><strong>Kako se to radi u svijetu?</strong></p>
<p>BBC je uloÅ¾io milijune u svoju TV seriju Ancient Rome (vjerojatno sliÄan iznos HTV-ovu ulaganju u seriju o Titu). Kako je BBC, u usporedbi sa HTV-om, ozbiljna svjetska medijska kuÄ‡a, tako su uloÅ¾ili znatnija sredstva opÄ‡enito u promociju, pa tako i u online promociju. IzmeÄ‘u ostalog su napravili i online escape igricu <a href="http://cdx-thegame.com/">CDX</a>. Igra je stvarno dobra, vizualno koristeÄ‡i elemente animacije i videa, a kroz nju se zapravo na jedan nenametljiv naÄin provlaÄi priÄa o Rimu, artefaktima, oruÅ¾jima itdâ€¦ Igra je vrlo interaktivna te potiÄe i surfanje webom (kroz custom made traÅ¾ilicu u samoj igri), prouÄavanje raznih dokumenata, a na kraju i gledanje TV serije, kako bi se upotpunilo znanje, odnosno kako bi se lakÅ¡e proÅ¡li neki dijelovi igre.</p>
<p>Zamislite da je HTV odluÄio napraviti sliÄnu igru, koja bi potaknula mlade da nauÄe viÅ¡e i o Titu i o tome periodu, ali i da u konaÄnici gledaju taj serijal. Isto tako bi se ta igra mogla vrlo lako proÅ¡iriti na strana trÅ¾iÅ¡ta, potpomognuta brandom Tita i njegovom popularnoÅ¡Ä‡u, te bi se moÅ¾da na taj naÄin stvorila potraÅ¾nja za otkupom TV serije&#8230;tko zna&#8230;moÅ¾da bi HTV i zaradio na cijelom projektu?</p>
<p>Reality check&#8230;to se nikad neÄ‡e desiti sa HTV-om&#8230;ajmo mi natrag na moju tezu da je komunikacija kroz igru puno dublja&#8230;</p>
<p>Dakle, osim drugaÄijeg mindseta, trajanje igranja je takoÄ‘er bitna stavka, jer nije svejedno da li je korisnik u interakciji sa brandom nekoliko sekundi ili 10ak minuta koliko se u prosjeku igraju online igrice. U tih se 10 minuta moÅ¾e ispriÄati cijela priÄa, za razliku od 3,4 kljuÄna benefita, koja se obiÄno istiÄu kako na bannerima, tako i u TV reklamama.</p>

<p>KlasiÄno razmiÅ¡ljanje o oglaÅ¡avanju ide iz samih poÄetaka propagande, kojoj je osnovna svrha bila informiranje. Kako smo danas svi mi doslovce svakodnevno izbombardirani i bitnim, ali vrlo Äesto i nebitnim informacijama (Jeste li znali recimo da je najÄeÅ¡Ä‡i rezultat na svjetskim prvenstvima 1:0, dok je samo jednom finale SP-a zavrÅ¡ilo tim rezultatom i to 1990. u Italiiji?) informiranje je potrebno razlomiti na manje pakete informacija. Zamislite recimo da <a title="VIP" href="http://www.vipnet.hr/">VIPNET</a> jednom godiÅ¡nje pozove sve korisnike na Trg Bana JelaÄiÄ‡a i proglasom izdiktira sve novotarije! TakoÄ‘er je bitno naglasiti da klasiÄan trgovaÄki odnos prema oglaÅ¡avanju djeluje sezonalno (back2school, BoÅ¾iÄ‡ i Nova Godina, proljeÄ‡e, ljetoâ€¦). Otuda i klasiÄno kampanjsko razmiÅ¡ljanje o oglaÅ¡avanju.</p>
<p>No Å¡to ako vaÅ¡e oglaÅ¡avanje tijekom kampanje ima uÄinka kroz dulji vremenski period? Jeli to loÅ¡e? Definitivno nije. Jedino kome to moÅ¾e biti loÅ¡e jesu marketinÅ¡ke agencije, koje jednom kada naprave post buy analizu smatraju posao gotovim.</p>

InaÄe  Mahjong potjeÄe iz Kine i tamo se igra u Äetvero, te obiÄno za novce.  Zahtijeva veliku strateÅ¡ku vjeÅ¡tinu, aliÂ  i dozu sreÄ‡e, a obiÄno se igra  za novce. No, ova verzija se moÅ¾e igrati pojedinaÄno, moÅ¾e se pauzirati  pa je zato i vrlo zgodna kao casual online igrica. Igrica je na Igre  Igrice postavljena prije 2 godine I otada je odigrana  preko milijun  puta, Äime je stekla status najigranije igrice ikad. No,  ono Å¡to je  bitnije za ovu priÄu jest da je igrica i dalje vrlo igrana,  te se  odigra 30 â€“ 50.000 puta mjeseÄno.</p>

<p>Igra je lansirana 23.09.2008. godine i u prvih mjesec dana je odigrana  71.224 puta. Nakon te, nazovimu ju, kampanje je igra odigrana preko  130.000 puta. U tih prvih mjesec dana se igra spominjala u svim dnevnim i traÄ novinama, na gotovo svim portalima, a Å¡irila se i viralnim putem. I zapravo je peak, tj. vrhunac, igranja trajao samo nekoliko dana. Definitivno nismo oÄekivali da Ä‡e se ovakva igra igrati i dalje i to tako Äesto, no pogrijeÅ¡ili smo. Taj long tail je zapravo bio jaÄi od najveÄ‡eg peaka, koji je ujedno i odliÄan primjer viralne kampanje.</p>
<p>Da smo kojim sluÄajem radili igru za nekog klijenta, a ne  za sebe, vjerojatno bi mu uspjeli naplatiti samo tih prvih mjesec dana,  mada su uÄinci joÅ¡ i jaÄi kasnije.</p>
<p>Long tail, kako potpomognut <a title="Advergames - seeding" href="http://www.webaltazar.com/advergames-seeding/">seeding</a>-om o Äemu sam pisao u zadnjem postu, tako i kroz ovu vremensku komponentu, u svakom sluÄaju ne bismo smjeli zanemariti.
